Just add your items to the basket as usual, then select ‘Buy now, pay later with Klarna.’ You’ll make the first payment when you place your order. The two remaining payments will be taken automatically 30 and 60 days later.
Once your online order with WeatherBeeta is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with payment instructions from Klarna. Payment will need to be made 30 days after your order is shipped, regardless of the delivery date.
If your order is shipped in parts, you’ll have 30 days from the date the first item is shipped to pay. Complete your payment online, at your convenience, with no extra cost. You can pay via credit or debit card at Klarna.com
Paying for your online order in 3 interest-free instalments will allow you to spread the cost of your purchase. The payment for each instalment will automatically be collected every 30 days from the date of purchase from the card you entered at checkout.
Your first instalment will be collected when your order is confirmed by WeatherBeeta, and instalments two and three are scheduled 30 and 60 days later, respectively, after the first instalment.
To apply to use Klarna, you must be at least 18 years old, have your own bank account and be a UK resident. Whilst Klarna is widely promoted, acceptance is always subject to your financial circumstances and assessed individually. Klarna Pay Later is based on a number of factors including the order value, previous order history and item availability. You can improve your chances of being offered Pay Later by ensuring you provide your full name, accurate address details and shipping to your registered billing address.
If you have been approved for Klarna’s Pay Later before, this does not mean any future application will be approved and, in turn, if you have been denied this does not mean it will be denied for any future applications.
Payment information is processed securely by Klarna’s Buyer Protection policy. No payment information is transferred or held by WeatherBeeta. All transactions take place via connections secured with the latest industry standard security protocols.
WeatherBeeta will need to accept your cancellation or returned item. Klarna will then process a cancellation of future scheduled payments as soon as they can, and refund any amounts due. All refund decisions are subject to WeatherBeeta's standard refund, exchange and returns policy. All refunds to you will be made only through Klarna.
The finance arrangement is directly between you and Klarna, and it is your responsibility to set up and manage the agreement. In the event of a late payment:
Pay in 30 days
To help you pay on time, you’ll be alerted two days before payment is due by email. If payment is late, you’ll also receive a text or letter from Klarna. Klarna’s terms state that credit scores will not usually be impacted by using Klarna’s ‘Pay Later in 30 days’ products even if you have failed to pay on time, though fees may apply.
Pay in 3 Instalments
Klarna will automatically attempt to collect your payment from the card details you provided. If they’re unable to collect the payment on the scheduled due date, one further attempt will be made to automatically collect payment two days later.
Should this last payment attempt fail, Klarna will issue you a statement for the full outstanding order amount which will become payable in 15 days. Klarna will notify you when a payment is due, two days in advance of collecting that payment.
Payments will not usually be made until you receive your goods. When WeatherBeeta ship your goods, we will notify Klarna to start taking payments. In the unlikely event that your goods are delayed longer than 6 months past your order date, Klarna will however automatically start taking payments.
Payments can be made at any time by logging in to the Klarna app, or the Klarna website. Visit your Klarna Account overview page. Then, simply select ‘Make a payment’ and enter the amount you wish to pay towards your balance.
