Bust Circumference
Exhale then measure under your arms, around the fullest part of your chest
Waist Circumference
Keep the tape loose and measure around your natural waistline
Hip Circumference
Standing with your feet slightly apart, measure around the fullest part of your body
Sleeve Length
Measure from the top of your shoulder to your wrist bone
Length
Standing with your feet slightly apart, measure from your high side neck vertical to middle of your thumb. (note that garment length varies, depending on the specific design.)

Waist Circumference
HIGH RISE - Keep the tape loose and measure around your natural waist line.
MID RISE - Below high rise by 3cm.
LOW RISE - Below mid rise by 3cm, measure around the widest part of your natual hipline.
High Hip Circumference
Keep the tape loose and measure around from your natural waist line down by 10cm.
Lower Hip Circumference
Standing with your feet slightly apart, measure around the fullest part of your body.
Thigh Circumference
Keep the tape loose and measure around from your under crotch leg circle.
Inleg Length
Measure from the crotch to the bottom of the leg inseam
